Numerous guests faced inconsistent air conditioning issues, requiring calls to the reception for fixes that were not always effective. The pool area needs more umbrellas. there just aren’t enough for all the guests looking to escape the sun. Some bungalows came with outdated furniture and dirty floors. Breakfast and dinner options leaned heavily towards fried foods, and the variety was lacking, leading to repeated meals. Hot water was spotty. a few guests reported going without it for multiple days, which is pretty annoying. Beach towels are a rental at €7 each, something you wouldn’t expect from a four-star place.

The bungalows were really comfy and updated. The food was a delightful surprise with lots of tasty options for breakfast and dinner. I enjoyed lounging by the spacious outdoor pool and also treated myself to a lovely massage during my stay. Just a heads up, it would be nice to have more sunbeds available, but overall, it was a fantastic getaway! 🌞

Hotel Valentin truly exceeded our expectations! The warm, attentive staff made us feel at home, while the clean, well-equipped bungalows provided the perfect family base. The kids loved the spacious pool area, especially the dedicated kids' zone, and our daily hearty breakfasts were deliciously varied. We appreciated the easy access to the beautiful Playa de Muro beach just a short walk away. Cannot wait to return!

Had a fantastic time here with friends! The staff was super friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We loved the wide variety of delicious food and the lovely pool area. We also visited the Nautical Fair in Alcúdia and spent a day at S'Albufera natural park, enjoying the calm breeze. a great spot for a fun group holiday!

The outdoor space is remarkable with two expansive swimming pools and a cafe area, making relaxation easy. The staff, especially Hernan and Marga, are incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a delightful buffet experience. Beach access is just a short stroll away too.
